Streamline MCP Terms of Use
Effective September 2, 2026

STREAMLINE MCP TERMS OF USE

The Streamline Model Context Protocol Server (“MCP Service,” “MCP,” or the “Service”) is provided by GMDH Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Streamline,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Streamline and the company or other legal entity accessing or using the MCP Service (“Customer”), all access to and use of the MCP Service is governed exclusively by these Streamline MCP Terms of Use (the “MCP Terms”). By accessing or using the MCP Service, Customer agrees to be bound by these MCP Terms. If the individual accepting these MCP Terms is acting on behalf of Customer, that individual represents that they have authority to bind Customer. If Customer does not agree, or the individual does not have such authority, Customer must not access or use the MCP Service.

The MCP Service allows Customer to connect programmatically to its Streamline environment through compatible Model Context Protocol clients, including AI assistants and agents, and may enable those clients to access and interact with Customer Data and Streamline functionality according to Customer’s permissions and configuration.

1.  MCP ACCESS FOR TESTING AND EVALUATION

The MCP Service is a pre-release service under active development and is made available for testing and evaluation purposes.

2.  TESTING PERIOD AND FEES

Access to the MCP Service is provided free of charge solely during the testing period (the “Testing Period”). The Testing Period begins when Streamline enables Customer’s access and ends when Streamline ends the Testing Period or Customer’s access, whichever occurs first.

Free access during the Testing Period does not create any right or expectation that the MCP Service will remain free of charge after the Testing Period. If Streamline makes the MCP Service available after the Testing Period, continued access or use may be subject to separate pricing, subscription requirements, usage limits, and/or other commercial terms. Participation in the Testing Period does not modify the fees, subscription scope, or commercial terms of any other agreement between Customer and Streamline.

3.  CHANGES, SUSPENSION AND DISCONTINUATION

Streamline may, in its sole discretion, modify features or functionality, establish or change technical or usage limits, suspend or discontinue the MCP Service or the Testing Period, or terminate Customer’s access, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice and without liability to Customer or any third party, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Streamline has no obligation to continue the Testing Period or make the MCP Service generally or commercially available.

During the Testing Period, access to the MCP Service is limited to 100 requests per user per day. Streamline may monitor and change this limit at any time, in its sole discretion, to ensure fair use and system performance. Any technical attempt to exceed or circumvent applicable limits is a breach of these MCP Terms and may result in suspension or termination of access.

4.  USE OF THE MCP SERVICE

Customer may use the MCP Service only for its own internal business purposes and only through applications, users, and credentials authorized by Customer. Customer is responsible for its access permissions and configurations and for any third-party tool or platform it chooses to connect to the MCP Service.

Customer must not: (a) access or attempt to access data, accounts, systems, or functionality that Customer is not authorized to access; (b) circumvent or interfere with authentication, authorization, security controls, or technical or usage limits; (c) disrupt or attempt to disrupt the MCP Service or the systems or networks supporting it; or (d) use the MCP Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

As between Customer and Streamline, Streamline retains all right, title, and interest in and to the MCP Service, including all software, documentation, and other intellectual property rights in or relating to it. These MCP Terms grant Customer no rights other than the limited right to access and use the MCP Service during the Testing Period in accordance with these MCP Terms.

5.  CUSTOMER DATA, CONFIDENTIALITY AND FEEDBACK

“Customer Data” means data and content that Customer or its authorized users make available in Customer’s Streamline environment or through the MCP Service. As between Customer and Streamline, Customer retains its rights in Customer Data. Customer is responsible for ensuring that it has the rights, permissions, and lawful bases required for Customer Data made available to or accessed through the MCP Service. Customer acknowledges that any Model Context Protocol client or other third-party tool it connects may transmit Customer Data to third parties, including AI model providers, and that such transmission is governed by that third party’s terms, not these MCP Terms. Streamline will process Customer Data accessed through the MCP Service in accordance with applicable law and any privacy or data protection terms agreed in writing between Streamline and Customer.

Non-public information concerning the MCP Service, including its functionality, performance, defects, test results, and availability during the Testing Period, is confidential information of Streamline and may not be disclosed to third parties without Streamline’s prior written consent, except to the extent disclosure is required by law or the information becomes public through no breach of these MCP Terms.

Customer may provide Streamline with feedback, suggestions, enhancement requests, or reports concerning the MCP Service. Customer grants Streamline and its affiliates a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use and incorporate such feedback into Streamline products and services without compensation to Customer, provided that Streamline does not identify Customer as the source of the feedback without Customer’s consent.

6.  DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE MCP SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STREAMLINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE MCP SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT OR RESULT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STREAMLINE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE MCP SERVICE OR THESE MCP TERMS. STREAMLINE’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE MCP SERVICE OR THESE MCP TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). NOTHING IN THESE MCP TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY TO THE EXTENT IT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

7.  GOVERNING LAW AND GENERAL TERMS

These MCP Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to the MCP Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Customer and Streamline submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, provided that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Streamline may update these MCP Terms. Revised MCP Terms become effective when posted or otherwise made available to Customer, and continued access to or use of the MCP Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised MCP Terms. If Customer does not agree, Customer must stop using the MCP Service.

If any provision of these MCP Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sections 5, 6, and the governing-law provisions of this Section 7 survive the expiration or termination of Customer’s access to the MCP Service to the extent their nature requires.
